Throughout her career, Renaye has held progressive leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Operations, Regional Finance Director, Regional Finance Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Divisional Client Administrator. Her extensive healthcare experience spans anesthesia, emergency medicine, and hospital medicine, where she has partnered closely with physicians, practice leaders, and hospital executives to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and sustainable growth.
