Strategic Client Advisor

Remote Position

Surgical Directions is seeking candidates for a Strategic Client Advisor (SCA) position, a key role in our high-performing Growth department. This role will interface with some of the largest, and most sophisticated healthcare systems in the country! This is a unique opportunity to support sales in a blended sales hunter and farmer mindset with a major role in supporting client and company success.

The SCA will work with Growth department leadership, Sales Executives, and Subject Matter Expert teams. You will be at the front lines of the sales process to support bringing in new clients and growing current clients. The SCA will perform a wide variety of activities focused on managing incoming sales leads, qualifying them, and providing support to the appropriate sales team, managing the internal sales processes including developing presentations, proposals, initiating contract paperwork, and documenting all activities in our CRM.

This role requires attention to detail, a professional presence, a sense of urgency, and a passion for improving healthcare.

Chief Growth Officer

Remote Position

Surgical Directions is currently seeking a Chief Growth Officer. This executive will report directly to the CEO in a highly collaborative position that will interact with the broader leadership team to achieve defined financial and organizational objectives. The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for leading the following activities:

  • Lead and shape a team of experienced growth executives to achieve the organization’s goals and their individual quotas.
  • Lead the Sr. Director of Marketing in developing an executing against organizational growth goals, marketing strategy and lead generation initiatives, including managing our website, events, thought leadership, client and prospect outreach.
  • Guide team of sales and strategic client advisors, led by the Director of Sales and Business Development, through the operations of sales development, including the management and leadership over our CRM solution, HubSpot.
  • Develop and support the go to market strategies and solution innovation for the perioperative, anesthesia and Merlin Business Lines, led by our Sr. Managing Director, Business Lines and the steering committees.
  • Champion the organizations technology-enabled services model (via the Business Line Managing Director) through research, design, and development of digital and advanced analytics innovations.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Senior Leadership Team to continue to make Surgical Directions a great place to work and to achieve our mission and vision.
  • Be a thought partner to the CEO, Board, and other key executives.
  • Foster and champion an agile, customer-driven, and servant-oriented work environment with peers and team members across the organization.

Perioperative Nurse Consultant

Part Time Position

Surgical Directions is seeking a highly skilled perioperative nurse leader to spearhead a transformational improvement project within our healthcare organization. The successful candidate will lead and facilitate various workstreams and project improvement teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes across perioperative services. The Perioperative Nurse Consultant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in perioperative nursing, with specific experience in perioperative management, preference cards, surgery scheduling, budget management, quality improvement, sterile processing, circulating in the operating room, pre-anesthesia testing, labor and delivery, endoscopy and interventional radiology, director level preferred.

Interim Nurse Director

The Interim Nurse Director of Perioperative Services will be responsible for driving and executing operational management and strategic leadership across client hospital departments. They will serve in this capacity until a permanent replacement is selected by the facility and assume the director responsibilities for a specific Perioperative Department as outlined by the facility. The right candidate will be proactive and solution-oriented with a client-focused approach, and patient safety top of mind. They should also be a strong relationship builder, agile to new environments, and able to support transformational positive change.

Interim Anesthesiology Practice Administrator

We are currently seeking an Anesthesiology Practice Administrator to oversee the development and management of the anesthesiology practice(s) assigned. The experienced healthcare administrator will join our growing team of experienced healthcare leaders providing transitional support with operational, organizational, and strategic initiatives for overall sustainable positive change.

Interim Nurse Director of Surgical Services

The Interim Nurse Director will be responsible for driving and executing operational management and strategic leadership across client hospital departments. Interim SPD Manager

The Sterile Processing Department (SPD) Manager will provide essential support to healthcare organizations’ Sterile Processing Departments, which play a critical role in perioperative services. This interim leader will temporarily fill client vacancies until a permanent replacement is found and will undertake all manager duties of the SPD as outlined by the facility. This includes supervising all sterilization-related activities, from decontamination to distribution of sterile case carts. The ideal candidate for this role should be proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on client satisfaction and patient safety. They should possess excellent relationship-building skills, adaptability to new environments, and a willingness to drive positive transformational change.

Interim Anesthesiology Leadership

We are looking for experienced Anesthesiologist leaders for interim placements throughout the United States. These assignments range from 6 to 12 months in duration. Travel is expected but will be reimbursed.
