Surgical Directions is seeking candidates for a Strategic Client Advisor (SCA) position, a key role in our high-performing Growth department. This role will interface with some of the largest, and most sophisticated healthcare systems in the country! This is a unique opportunity to support sales in a blended sales hunter and farmer mindset with a major role in supporting client and company success.
The SCA will work with Growth department leadership, Sales Executives, and Subject Matter Expert teams. You will be at the front lines of the sales process to support bringing in new clients and growing current clients. The SCA will perform a wide variety of activities focused on managing incoming sales leads, qualifying them, and providing support to the appropriate sales team, managing the internal sales processes including developing presentations, proposals, initiating contract paperwork, and documenting all activities in our CRM.
