Dr. Miller has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare leadership including P&L responsibility as well as hospital surgical and medical group consultative services. He has led complex system-wide anesthesiology departments and served as Division Medical Officer for anesthesiology, adult critical care, and interventional pain services at a national physician management company.
Dr. Miller works with hospital and practice leaders to integrate perioperative efficiency, best practices, compliance, practice optimization, and physician and hospital staff satisfaction and wellbeing. He is skilled in management and governance, Clinical Integration Network development; healthcare consulting; surgical services growth, development, and optimization; healthcare information technology; and revenue cycle management.
