Not every staff person is cross trained across every specialty. And also different organizations have different preferences that maybe fall outside of the norm of traditional ARON, or other productivity driven guidelines. And that’s something that we wanted to build into the tool, is to make it very flexible to meet the needs of those organizations. How many– using a jargony term here, but variable staff, but things like RNFAs or surgical PAs or surgical first assists are in the room given the specialties, given the kinds of cases that are happening, there are a lot of clinical considerations that need to be made outside of what I think like broad based guidelines are.
