Grason Bolinger's Biography
Grason Bolinger is Director of Service Line Strategy and Development at Surgical Directions, where he works across the organization’s service lines to translate market needs, business priorities, and operational challenges into scalable solutions. His work spans strategy, solution development, product management, and go-to-market enablement. He also leads Surgical Directions’ artificial intelligence initiatives, helping shape the organization’s strategy for AI adoption, governance, and practical application. His work focuses on identifying opportunities to use emerging technology to improve productivity, decision-making, internal capabilities, and the solutions Surgical Directions provides to clients.
Grason brings more than 15 years of healthcare consulting and product leadership experience. Prior to joining Surgical Directions, he held several leadership positions with Joint Commission Resources and Joint Commission International, where he led consulting solution development, product strategy, and technology initiatives serving healthcare organizations in the United States and internationally. His experience includes developing and launching healthcare technology products, building business intelligence capabilities, leading complex cross-functional initiatives, and helping healthcare organizations improve processes and organizational performance.
