With a robust consulting background across multiple industries, she brings deep expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, customer experience, and driving complex change initiatives. Her healthcare focus has been on improving safety and quality of care in all settings, leading and enabling clinical consulting teams working with clients in over 70 countries. Her commitment to excellence and innovation plays a crucial role in advancing Surgical Directions’ efforts to transform perioperative care and enhance the lives of our partners and patients. Her empathetic leadership and strategic vision drive client success and organizational growth.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Andrea serves on two boards with organizations committed to cultural understanding, community enrichment, and equitable access to healthcare.
