As an analyst for Surgical Directions, Kartik supports consultants with analytic projects that reduce cost and increase optimization to help healthcare clients meet and exceed their performance goals. He has experience collaborating with healthcare professionals to implement large research studies and analyze health data. Before coming to Surgical Directions, Kartik was working as a Data Manager on a large NIMH funded study at the Institute for Trauma Recovery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He studied at the University of Michigan for both undergraduate and graduate school specializing in Epidemiology and Health Informatics. Kartik has experience working abroad in Thailand on a dengue fever intervention and education program.
