The OR Manager works collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing staff, sterile processing, and executive leadership to optimize surgical operations and patient outcomes.

The QA Auditor will inspect completed trays, identify and document assembly errors or quality concerns, track trends, and provide objective findings to SPD leadership to support quality improvement and staff education.
