Bob has over 16 years of healthcare and surgery experience–both in the acute hospital as well as ambulatory settings.  He has extensive hospital administrative/leadership experience and understands the constraints and politics that exist within a healthcare system.  Bob’s expertise is strategic planning, service line development, organizational and process improvement, project management, market share analysis, financial modeling and KPI development, medical staff development, physician relations, business development, and facilitation of sales and marketing strategies for both inpatient and ambulatory service lines.  He has designed and implemented successful growth strategies across multiple healthcare platforms that have generated significant incremental volume and revenue for hospital systems. Bob holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He received Lean Certification from Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University in conjunction with the Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative.  Bob is a member of the Society of Healthcare Strategy and Market Development.
