Jen possesses over 15 years of experience in healthcare and surgical services. Jen has consulted with Surgical Directions since 2009. Her area of expertise includes: operational and strategic planning, facilities construction, development of clinical service line and integration, interim OR and ICU directorship, regulatory compliance and survey preparedness. She understands the complexities of both the surgical and procedural areas and offers immense value to systems on an interim basis. Jen is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Association of PeriOperative Registered Nurses (AORN). |
